SUMMER PRACTICE SCHEDULE:
Evenings: Monday - Friday: 5:15 p.m - 7:15 p.m
Mornings: Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 6:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.
REGULAR PRACTICE SCHEDULE
Mondays and Fridays: 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Tuesdays, Wednesday, Thursdays: 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Saturdays and Sundays 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
RECOMMENDED FREQUENCY: 4 - 5 times per week
PRACTICE EXPECTATIONS :

Come Prepared to Focus and Work.

Show up 10-15 minutes before practice.

All swimmers must have shoes, shorts, and T-Shirt for dryland.

In the pool all swimmers should have goggles, water bottles and the appropriate bathing suit and swim cap.
-
If you have to leave early, for safety reasons, a parent or guardian must be present to remove the swimmer from the pool.
