Practice Expectations:
 
1.) Come Prepared to Focus and Work.
2.) Show up 10-15 minutes before practice.
3.) All swimmers must have shoes, shorts, and T-Shirt for dryland.
4.) In the pool all swimmers should have goggles, water bottles and the appropriate bathing suit and swim cap
5.) If you have to leave early, for safety reasons, a parent or guardian must be present to remove the swimmer from the pool.
